GROUP CLASSES

BEGINNER FLOW

A slower-paced class focused on learning Pilates fundamentals, proper form, and controlled movement. Clear cueing, intentional transitions, and time to understand each exercise.

Level
Ideal if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break.

Equipment Used
Reformer (light props may be introduced)

ALL LEVEL FLOW

A balanced class with layered options. Exercises are taught with progressions and regressions so everyone can work at an appropriate intensity.

Level
All levels. Beginners should feel comfortable with basic reformer setup and movement.

Reformer, with optional use of Wunda Chair, springboard, weights, and other props.

ADVANCED FLOW

A faster-paced class with more complex sequences, transitions, and balance challenges. Expect less breakdown and more continuous movement.

Advanced. You must have a solid foundation, confident control under heavy resistance, and the ability to move through complex transitions.

MAT FLOW

Up to 25 guests | $65 per person

A spacious, uplifting mat experience made for larger groups. Dynamic, accessible, and energizing — everyone moves, sweats, and leaves feeling amazing.
